all the course grades and weekly course
hours taken during the master's education, and Turkish

notary public or by the corresponding Turkish

4. If transferred to the institution that awarded the
diploma from another higher education institution,
then original copy of the official transcript of the
transferred higher education institution, and
Turkish translation and photocopy certified by notary public
or by the corresponding Turkish
Consular.

Original copy of the Master's Thesis and its
photocopy.

Photocopy of the Identity Card.

Original passport and readable photocopies of
the pages that evidence the entry-leave dates, and
also those pages where official procedures recorded, or
readable passport copies certified by
notary public or by the corresponding Turkish Consular with
pages that evidence the entry-leaving
dates and official procedures recorded.
8. For those applicants graduated from any university in
Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus,
documents evidencing entry-leave records to be obtained from
Immigration Directorate of the
Command Headquarters of TRNC Security Forces and from the
Security General Directorates of
the Republic of Turkey; and LES (Selection
Examination for Graduate Studies) certificate.
9. For foreign applicants, original copy
and photocopy of the document evidencing the reason for the
need for certificate of equivalency
